Job description
Job Role:
The Manager / Sr. Manager L&D is responsible for delivering goals across various streams such as onboarding, management, hiring processes, and development of competency-based curriculums to foster learning for career development.
Responsibilities:
Training
In consultation with HR leadership, review existing training programs (both organizational required trainings and professional development opportunities); update and maintain accurate and effective learning content, suggest enhancements and modifications to improve employee engagement.
Facilitate and/or present training sessions and programs through a variety of distribution channels.
Design and implement effective, ongoing learning opportunities and programs for all staff, which may include mentor training, career path development, and professional development.
Continually evaluate and improve on training and professional development experience.
Technical skills required:
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS; Project management
10+ years of experience
Describe various technical training which are critical to perform this role effectively, eg: Excel , Project Management etc
Any graduation or post graduation; a degree / training in relevant field will be a plus.
Career path :Subject Matter expert / People manager, handling some executives under them.
