Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Support and Drive performance oriented & engaging culture strong Performance Management practices, R&R, Engagement programms, Communications Platforms etc.
- Support in driving Learning and Development Opportunities aligned to Business.
- Support in driving operational excellence by applying data analytics and metrics.
- Ensure the Hotel is a Great Place to Work.
- Ensure superior Employer Branding for the Hotel to attract best talents.
- Act as an Accor Ambassador aiming to enhance the company image and market reputation.
Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- 4 to 6 years' of work experience of which at least 1 year in the similar role.
- Strong Technical Knowledge.
- Pre-opening experience would be an added advantage.
- Strong process orientation
- Excellent in People Management skills to manage creative and innovative professionals
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box
- Go-getter comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
