Job Requirements
Required Skills
- Having hands on experience with development and deployment of Gen AI solutions
- Proven experience in leading data science projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent knowledge of theory and practice of deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing, or computer graphics. Proficiency in Python or R.
- Technical backgrounds in deep learning, experience in areas like LLM pretrain; interpretable LLM; LLM evaluation; responsible LLMs; LLM alignment are preferred.
- Experience with one or multiple areas of generative AI technology stack including prompt engineering, guardrails, vector databases, advanced RAG, LLM hosting, Text-to-SQL, and fine-tuning.
- Experience with LLM application evaluation strategy and interpretability, fairness and security of LLMs.
