Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Relationship Manager (Motor Insurance). The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with customers and insurance partners. The day-to-day tasks associated with this role include but are not limited to, assessing customer needs, providing information about products, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and meeting performance targets.
Meet potential POSP agents in respective geographical assignments. Service the Existing POS to drive sales growth Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution coordinate with Girnar Insurance HO Team for the smooth execution of the sales process.
Should know local agent network.
Achieve Monthly Sales Target Numbers.
Candidate should be from Insurance Background having hands-on experience in agency vertical in a General Insurance Company or an Insurance Brokerage Firm.
Identifying and communicating customer needs. Salary - CTC: Max up to 4 lakh + Conveyance + Incentives + perks

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and customer relationships
- Experience in the insurance industry, specifically Motor insurance
- Familiarity with the regulations governing the insurance industry in India
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in English or Hindi and other languages spoken in India
