Job description
Qualification: Any graduate
Experience: 0.6 Month To 3 Years in Presales / Inside sales activities from Real Estate or Construction Industry.
Work Location: Kharadi / Wadgaonsheri
Job Details:
Places phone calls to potential clients from the internal list of customers.
Performs the script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program.
Answers the potential clients’ questions about home projects.
Handles all emails and incoming calls from customers, gives quality information about the company’s projects.
Sets appointments with prospective customers based on the availability of sales executives and customer convenience.
Maintains computer, telephone, and other equipment.
Communicates any problems, concerns, or questions to the supervisor.
Always communicates respectfully and politely with potential customers.
Trains other telemarketers when required.
Generates at least 5 to 10 sales leads per day.
