Role Description -
We are seeking a full-time Senior Architect and Junior Architect to join our dynamic team at the Guwahati office. The Senior Architect will lead, manage, and mentor the architecture team, overseeing all architecture projects to ensure timely completion within budget and to the highest standards. This is an on-site role based in Guwahati.
Qualifications -
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the Architecture field
Experience in managing architecture teams and leading project management
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong knowledge of strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architecture software
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, standards, and sustainable design practices
Strong sense of design and creative vision
Portfolio showcasing work to demonstrate skills and experience
