DHAN AI is a boutique-style IT consulting firm specializing in preparing clients for their future AI journey. We are currently expanding our team to support a prominent US client in leveraging Microsoft Dynamics - Marketing Insights for their marketing team.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Marketing Consultant with a strong background in marketing strategy and operations. While technical proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred, the primary focus of this role is on strategic marketing planning, campaign management, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the US client's marketing team to understand business objectives and develop comprehensive marketing strategies leveraging Microsoft Dynamics - Marketing Insights.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audience.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, providing strategic guidance, regular updates, and insights on marketing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to drive collaboration and successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development, campaign management, and performance analysis.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and branding.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics - Marketing Insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
