Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Sales Agent to join our team. As Operations Executive, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, and more. Your primary goal will be to ensure our clients' travel needs are met and that they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities: Listen to clients' travel preferences and requirements and recommend suitable travel options. Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and travel packages. Prepare package costing and customise according to the customer requirements Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services for clients. Assist with visa and travel insurance inquiries when needed. Keep up-to-date with changes in airline schedules, hotel availability, and travel-related services. Ensure clients receive all necessary travel documents and information. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings. Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with colleagues to create and promote travel packages and special offers. Research and stay informed about travel industry trends, destinations, and travel regulations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (a degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field is a plus). Proven experience as in leisure travel operations or in a similar role. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Strong knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Sales-driven with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets Proficiency in using booking software and reservation systems Multilingual skills would be advantageous. Passion for travel and a willingness to learn about new destinations. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
