Job Responsibilities
Work with specialized cooking equipment (tandoor and deep fryer, etc.)
Maintain a clean kitchen and work areas
Organize and maintain stock areas, inventory checks, and labelling
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Be able to work as a team, with other chefs of different ranks and sections.
Prepare and create a variety of Indian dishes maintaining season variations and costings and deliver consistent high-quality results
Inspect kitchens and food service areas HACCP (Heathy & Safety and Food Hygiene) compliance.
