For the Lead developer role, we are looking for a Senior Engineer with proven experience of working on multiple products on .Net, Entity framework, Sql, APIs2. Min 10 years of technical hands-on work experience in coding and designing.3. Knowledge and experience with Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development (TDD), automated testing and unit testing frameworks 4. Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills5. Experience in Security driven design practices and the remediation of SAST/DAST findings6. Experience in CI/CD and Devops practices including the use of Quality Gates to maintain high levels of code7. Collaborate with business consultants to create and enhance the software product throughout the implementation lifecycle.8. Participate in high and low-level design activities to ensure the technical feasibility and efficiency of the project.9. Modify existing implementations based on clients' needs and identify process improvement opportunities.10. Define and document processes and procedures of the existing system to ensure efficient development practices.11. Build reusable features to improve the development team's productivity.12. Write and perform unit testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the code.13. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.14. Ensure that all deliverables from offshore teams meet the quality guidelines and project requirements.15. Coordinate communication between offshore and on-site teams to ensure smooth project execution.16. Ensure process adherence and drive continuous improvements within the team.17. Adhere to industry and company coding standards to maintain code quality and consistency.18. Function as part of a highly collaborative team, providing technical guidance and support to team members.19. Ensure system documentation is completed accurately and comprehensively.Mandatory Skills :1. Extensive Hands-on Technical experience on ASP.Net, .Net and SQL development projects.2. Expertise in developing high-quality database solutions.3. Proficiency in developing, implementing, and optimizing stored procedures and functions using T-SQL.4. Strong analytical skills to analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements.5. Expertise in SSIS/SSRS development.6. Experience in developing RESTful APIs using Node.js.7. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with expertise in AngularJS. Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval.8. Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture in Node.js. Experience in implementing real-time applications using technologies like Socket.io.9.
