Job description
As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to graduate students. You will be expected to build rapport with candidates. This role requires excellent communication and convincing skills, as you will be representing BankPro and acting as the first point of contact for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Conducting outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote our products and services.
- Offering personalized solutions based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team targets and objectives.
- Keeping up to date with product information and company promotions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role as a telecaller or customer service representative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
