Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Stewardess or Server to join our team at Kruti Coffee. As a Stewardess or Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction. The role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. This is a full-time position based in Cuttack, Odisha, India.
Qualifications And Skills - 1 to 3 years of experience as a Stewardess, Server, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and delivering
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Team player with excellent time management skills
- Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Certification in Food & Beverage Service or Hospitality is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities - Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Deliver orders to the guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Provide suggestions and recommendations to guests when asked
