Job description

Position summary:  This role is pre-dominantly responsible for engaging with people online by responding to their queries / complaints, on behalf of a brand. These tasks include, but are not limited to, keyword creation, copy / response creation, handling the listening tool, categorization of conversations.

Expected skills:

• Should be able to read and comprehend online conversations.
• Should be able to understand the customer need and prepare a response.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Preferably should understand very basic functionalities of Ms-Excel (Not mandatory)

Qualification:  Bachelor's degree or higher.
