The primary role of the Admission Associate Representative is to manage and oversee the admissions process of our educational institution ensuring a smooth transparent and efficient experience for prospective students and their families. This position requires a deep commitment to upholding our institutions values and admission standards while providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the admissions process including the review and evaluation of applications conducting interviews and making informed admission decisions.
- Work closely with faculty and staff to develop implement and refine admission policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze admissions statistics including applicant pool demographics and admission rates to inform strategic planning and decisionmaking.
- Provide comprehensive information and guidance to prospective students and families regarding the admissions process admission requirements deadlines and financial aid options.
- Ensure the admissions process is conducted fairly transparently and in compliance with institutional policies and legal requirements.
- Participate in recruitment events open houses and information sessions to promote the institution and attract potential students.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of educational trends standards and regulations related to admissions.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education Business Administration Communication or a related field (Required).
- Fluent in English and Tamil (Required).
- Proven experience in admissions customer service or a similar role preferably within an educational setting.
