About Us:
Protiviti, a global consulting firm, invites dynamic individuals to join the Technology Consulting practice as Senior Consultants/Deputy Managers. We are seeking professionals who not only implement but deeply understand Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes, from inception to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Note: We are looking for candidates having maximum 5 years experience (with relevant being 2-4 years)
1. Lead end-to-end Business Continuity/IT Disaster Recovery/Business Resilience projects.
2. Conduct thorough business impact assessments, develop strategies, and implement crisis management and response plans.
3. Collaborate with client business leaders to assess impacts, risks, and implement tailored BCM strategies.
4. Develop policies and procedures for BCM in cloud-based setups.
5. Design and implement incident response plans for specific scenarios.
6. Provide hands-on training on BCM, ensuring a profound understanding at all levels.
7. Utilize ISO 22301 framework and compliance, employing relevant tools and techniques.
8. Excel in documentation/report writing, ensuring strategic alignment with client needs.
9. Drive business development through proposal development and presentations.
10. Maintain strong client relationships across various industries.
Additional Desired Skills:
Proficient in training and implementing BCM solutions.
Qualifications/Abilities:
1. In-depth understanding of well-structured BCM methodologies.
2. Strong communication skills with an innovative and efficient approach.
3. Proven ability to be a hands-on team player with managerial skills.
4. Prefer candidates with certifications from BCI or DRII.
5. Academic qualifications: CA or Bachelors in Engineering/Computer Science/Technology/Management/Finance or similar.
6. Mandatory qualifications: CISA/ISO 22301 certification or similar from BCI or DRII.
7. Additional qualifications: Certifications on any products/solutions, including GRC, etc.
8. Desirable qualifications: ISO 27001, ISO 31000, etc.
