Mosaic Wellness is building digital first, health coaches for elective health concerns working toward one mission: To help Indians lead more fulfilling lives surrounded by wellness and grace.

Man Matters, started in May 2020, is a digital elective health platform for men, helping 2.5M+ men every year diagnose and solve for their hair, beard, performance and nutrition concerns by offering personalized treatment plans and access to expert doctors and health coaches.

Be Body wise started in May 2021, is an online women’s elective health platform, serving 1.5M+ women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair, face, body, pcos, sleep and nutrition.

Little Joys, started in May 2022, is an online health platform for kids, helping 1M+ parents every year solve for their child’s physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health, personal hygiene and behavioral development with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Identification and Outreach:

Proactively identify and engage with potential influencers across multiple platforms. Negotiate and finalize deals in a manner that benefits both the influencer and our brand Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor influencer campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve desired outcomes Performance Analysis:

Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics to measure success and ROI. Use insights to refine future strategies and report on results to stakeholders Relationship Building:

Foster strong, long-term relationships with influencers and industry professionals. Stay abreast of emerging trends and platforms in the influencer marketing space Content Collaboration:

Work closely with influencers and our internal content team to ensure that all content aligns with our brand voice and campaign objectives Budget Management:

Manage the influencer marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum impact for each dollar spent.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a solid track record of successful campaigns, preferably in the eCommerce sector Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Highly organized and meticulous with a keen eye for detail A self-starter with a high bias for action and the ability to work independently Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and influencer marketing
