Responsibilities
Lead HRIS projects, overseeing auditing, testing, and reconfiguration. Manage design, implementation, and maintenance of SuccessFactors. Coordinate system upgrades, collaborating with teams for testing and application.
Administer quality control for HR systems, including test scenario maintenance. Provide HRIS support for recurring HR initiatives. Act as a liaison and champion between users, management, and developers. Serve as a lead technical subject matter expert for HR systems.
Proactively collaborate with COE Leaders, HR Team, and Business Partners. Gather, define, and document project scope during the discovery phase.
Ensure comprehensive data flow/integrity, automate administrative tasks across international locations. Establish timely data processing for various HR functions.
Implement impactful HR analytics, including dashboards and reports. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, reporting, timeliness, and usability.
Introduce Executive Dashboards for informed decision-making. Create and maintain organizational charts.
Execute statistical analyses, provide insights, and address business questions. Extract, analyze, and interpret data from various sources. Define meaningful metrics and present results.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of HRIS experience, with SuccessFactors configurations and system integration expertise as a plus
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Project Plan, and MS Word
Ability to pivot between priorities seamlessly, self-starter, quick learner, comfortable working independently
Skill in developing and maintaining positive working relationships, influencing others within and outside direct reporting lines
Analytical and problem-solving ability, independent thinking, decision-making, and organizational skills
Shift flexibility for global support
Experience aligning systems and processes to business needs with an analytical and logical problem-solving approach
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with employees at all levels
Quick and accurate work under pressure and time constraints
Effective change management, considering technology, business processes, and systems implications
