Hiring for the upcoming plant in Aurangabad MH of Manufacturing Edible Oils, Refineries, Coconut Oil

Job Details:
- Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customers- expectations
- Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
Job brief:
- Factory Head will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
Responsibilities :
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
Job Profile:
- Day to day production planning and try to achieve maximum production with required yield and quality by effective utilization of men, machines, and materials.
- Observing all technical activities and solving the problems at level best.
- Responsible for yield, quality, raw material consumption, and utility.
- Preparation of daily as well as monthly production report.
- Taking care of preventive maintenance of various types of equipment and pumps.
- To ensure the safety process is following by all team members.
- Undertaking erection and commissioning programs as per schedule.
- Records and documentation like shift report, filling report.
- Coordination with different departments like Dispatch, maintenance, stores for timely production.
- Monitored plant performance against approved targets on a day-to-day basis and identified existing or potential technical problems.
- Assisted multi-disciplinary teams on operational and maintenance troubleshooting.
- Monitored utility system behavior for adverse trends to allow fast response to potential threats.
- Identified & implemented specific projects and plant changes to improve the safety, reliability, integrity, efficiency, operability, and capacity of the utility systems.
- Great ability to perform multi-task and meet deadlines
- Immense flexibility handling a variety of tasks and shift priorities simultaneously.
- Great interpersonal skills; and comfortable working effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Maintaining GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES (GMP).
- Supervising the production lines.
- Responsible for three different 3P operations for filling, dispatch, blow molding operation.
- Handling blending operation at Refinery for supply oil to 3P.
- Licensing requirement for Edible oil packaging.
- Process improvements with the implementation of TPM , FSMS , at 3P units from the initial stage , to meet the Edible oil norms.
- Capacity and space planning
- Dispatch planning and handling of FG warehouse.
- Handling 200MT RBO Refinery Project (Tank Farm Area & Utilities)
- Project phase responsibilities
a) Heading third Party Operations Erection & commissioning for Filling operations
b) Finalized layouts, Equipment finalization for Third party filling operation as per food safety standards.
c) Finalization of costing with a third-party vendor for conversion cost.
- Managing plant operation with third party operation for filling
- Managing maintenance, production and projects of the entire unit as well as third party operations.
- Responsible for preparing & implementing plant maintenance schedule.
- Vendor negotiations for procurement of spares for maintenance.
- Implementation and monitoring of TPM activities &Leading PM Pillar Activities
- Core team member for Implementation of OHSAS certification.
- Legal and Statuary compliance with boiler IBR certification.
