Job description
At Medanta, we are looking for a committed & strong Investor Relations Professional at a Manager / Deputy Manager level with relevant experience range in between 3 to 5 years with a corporate or an Investor Relations Agency.
Responsibilities: Preparation of collaterals such as quarterly/annual earnings press releases, operational updates, result presentations, and investor presentations Prepare financial model and valuations spreadsheets Ensuring timely and accurate resolution of investors requirements Develop financial models and perform various competitive analyses and benchmarking of the company relative to peers. Tracking industry as well as peer performances and carrying out detailed sector research for management Benchmarking annual report with best-in-class annual reports and assistance in creating high quality annual report for the company Prepare investor profiling as per investing history and gather investment related market intelligence Building & maintaining relationships with buy-side/sell-side institutions/investors/analysts through regular, targeted meetings and communicating feedback to the management Enable high quality top management engagement with potential investor base Supporting in preparing for roadshows, investor conferences, and various other events. Assist in conducting conference calls, investor/analyst meets, one-on-one and group meetings Preparing Talk Tracks, Q&A documents, etc. for top management Requirements: Thorough understanding of financial concepts and valuation Highly analytical bent of mind Excellent in communication and presentation skills High degree of flexibility to juggle different types of tasks/ assignments Ability to organize meetings with investors/analystsJob tags
