Responsibilities - Should have experience of working in Social areas/sectors.
- Be responsible for all day-to-day activities related to software development, portal updation and maintenance and team management.
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Distributing work and assignments to team members
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Developing the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements.
- Creating end goals for the team.
- Collaborating with the team to identify and fix technical problems
- Analyzing users' needs and then developing/modifying applications to serve them
- Ensuring that software and applications are updated
- Supervising system modifications
- Conducting security audits to identify areas of improvement
- Guiding the team through technical issues and challenges and troubleshooting.
- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments.
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
- Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project.
- Fulfilling all the commitments by timely delivering the deliverables.
- Client service focus and flexibility in supporting client requests.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn and evaluate new tools, concept and challenges quickly.
