Urgent opening for Back office Executive
Location :-Bandra( BKC)

Position:- Administrative & Support Executive
Salary: 35000/- in hand, 39000/- CTC
Payroll IPS
Location: Bandra BKC
Qualification: Minimum Graduate with more than 60% or MBA
Experience: Minimum 1 years in back office / operations / Secretary (Preferable from banking industry)

Candidates should not be from BE, Science, Electrical Students.
Job Desire:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Candidates must be presentable
3. Good knowledge in MS – word & MS- excel
4. Advance Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table)

Job Description:
• Assisting HOD in back office or operation work
• Maintain reports on excel
• Documentation / letter drafting
• Coordinating with clients through emails
• Uploading details in the software
• Depending on your last experience departments would be provided

1 year of contract.

Interview Detail:-
1st round will be conducted in Goregaon, if the Candidate gets selected then final round will be in SEBI (Bandra BKC).

In the 1st round there will be 3 rounds of Interview.
1) Face to Face
2) Typing Test.
3) Will give you the topic to write, you have to write 1 page on that.

In final round in SEBI
There will be 3 round
1) Face 2 Face
2) Typing Test
3) Excel Test
