Job description

As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in building our exceptional team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent who align with our company culture and values. Your work will directly impact on our ability to achieve our mission and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, prepare interview questions, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and a seamless recruitment process.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to building and promoting our employer brand to attract top talent in the industry.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience minimum of 0-1 year as a recruiter, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and talent acquisition strategies.
