We are seeking a
Front Office Receptionist to join our team. As a
Front Office Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our front desk. This is a full-time position located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
Qualifications and Skills - High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Customer service orientation
Roles and Responsibilities - Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
