- Learn and understand the companys production processes procedures and quality standards.
- Assist production team members in daytoday tasks and operations.
- Operate machinery and equipment under supervision to produce goods according to specifications.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet the required standards.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
Requirements
- No prior experience required; however a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
