Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our advanced ads platform. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical acumen, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You will be responsible for defining go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling messaging, and enabling our sales teams to drive product adoption and growth.

Key Responsibilities: Market Intelligence:

Be the expert on our buyers, understanding their needs, and how they make their buying decisions; be the authority on our competition and how to out-maneuver them. Messaging and Positioning:

Develop compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates our ads platform in the market, resonating with target segments. Go-to-Market Strategy:

Plan and execute launch strategies for new features and updates, ensuring alignment across all internal and external stakeholders. Sales Enablement:

Equip the sales team with necessary tools, materials, and training to sell the ads platform effectively, including pitch decks, case studies, and competitive insights. Content Creation:

Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, educational content tailored to our target audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and more. Customer Insights:

Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies, ensuring our solutions meet market needs and exceed customer expectations. Performance Metrics:

Define, track, and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus. 3-5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in the tech or digital advertising industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of advertising platforms. Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
