Job description
Position: UX Designer
We are looking for a skilled UX Designer who can seamlessly blend creativity and functionality to create exceptional user experiences across web, mobile, and desktop applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the latest UX design principles, trends, and technologies, with a strong proficiency in tools such as Material UI, Bootstrap, Figma, InVision etc.
Roles & Responsibilities
· User-Centric Design:
o Conduct user research to understand the target audience and their needs.
o Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to inform design decisions.
o Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business objectives.
· Multi-Platform Expertise:
o Design intuitive and seamless user experiences for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
o Ensure consistency and coherence across different platforms and devices.
· Technology Integration:
o Stay up to date with the latest design tools and technologies, including Material UI, Bootstrap, Figma, InVision etc.
o Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs using the latest technologies.
· Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to deliver high-quality design solutions.
o Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
· Prototyping and Testing:
o Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
o Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
· Documentation:
o Develop and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design system components.
Requisite Skills & Qualifications
● 2+ years of professional experience in designing web/desktop/mobile applications.
● Bachelor's degree in UX design, interaction design, or a related field.
● Proven experience as a UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
● Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
● Experience working with Material UI, Bootstrap, and other design frameworks.
● Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Familiarity with agile development processes.
