Role Description The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru Hotel Conventions Residences is looking for a skilled Sales Manager MICE to join our team in an on-site full-time role based in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for managing and directing the sales team to secure and develop new accounts and maximize sales from existing accounts, relating to the Meetings, Incentive, Conference and Events (MICE) sector. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales in the hospitality industry, with a focus on MICE sales Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and one regional Indian language Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and team members Good analytical and sales forecasting skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales software Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail Ability to adapt, learn, and grow in a dynamic work environmentJob tags
