Job description
As the Sales and Marketing Head for our wedding division, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and establishing partnerships to position our wedding photography services as the premier destination for weddings in Jaipur. Leveraging your expertise in the wedding industry and your background in luxury hospitality, you will lead a team to exceed revenue targets and elevate our brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth in the wedding segment.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with wedding planners, vendors, and industry influencers to generate leads and bookings.
- Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals with prospective wedding clients.
- Collaborate with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of weddings and events, exceeding client expectations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and digital initiatives to promote our wedding photography & decor services
- Manage the wedding sales budget, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
