About the Role
Specialist - Legal and Compliance Solutions
Location: Hyderabad, India #LI-Hybrid
About the Role:
Our Legal and Compliance Solutions team is looking for Specialist who will be responsible to Individually support and perform Legal and Compliance related activities for Legal Teams, Compliance Professionals and other Novartis Business Stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Under minimal supervision manages Contract management systems that includes CDAs, Consultancy Agreements, Vendor Agreement, MSA and other contracts of similar complexity level in direct contact with the business Clients and with Global Legal.
2. Support Compliance and Operational related activities involving compliance risk analysis, compliance audit readiness, Compliance monitoring, reporting, and working on internal tool maintained by Novartis to enable the compliance operations.
3. Supports Legal functions and provide value to business, drive predictability through legal reporting and analysis, invoice and payment support, Vendor Management/verification.
4. Maintains the overview on timelines and deliverables in all assigned projects. Complies with and support group’s project management tool, standards, policies and initiatives. Follows and tracks key deliverable and milestones for assigned projects
5. Maintains records for all assigned projects and performs additional tasks as assigned. Maintains audit, SOP and training compliance. Internal Client satisfaction with quality of services provided
6. Support SME to implement E2E service in respective domain. Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal contract team associates, and global Clients.

Role Requirements
Essential Requirements:
•Law Degree LLB/LLM
•4 to 7 years of overall work experience
•Strong legal aptitude with focus on contracts. Proficiency in contract management, redlining, drafting, due diligence and negotiation skills
•Strong Business focus and Client centric approach
•Strong and proactive and proven ability to provide legal acumen/ judgement to enhance decision making
