Job Title- Client Service Executive
Location- Mumbai
Role Description
- Provide fundamental support to the Client Service Executives (CSE) supporting Relationship Manager(s) (RM) based in Dubai and Singapore, to assist in the day-to-day business activities in aspects of operational support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational requests by liaising with key stakeholders at the Service Recipient Locations (CSEs, Cross Border desk, iCAT, Client onboarding, Operations, COO, Business Management etc) as appropriate.
- Responsible for timely action on requests and service requirements to meet the RM/CSE ultimately client requirements.

Your key responsibilities
- Assist CSEs with payments, verify signature, input payments in Avaloq, follow up for approvals within the prescribed cut-offs and payment archival. Process with relevant approvals all inward/outward cash and security transfer instructions received in conjunction with RM/SE/ Booking Centre/Counterparty.
- Assist CSEs with IMT handling until closure – Factsheets, Term sheets, concentration risks etc.
- Generate monthly/adhoc statements as per schedule provided by the CSEs for respective clients. Send statements to CSEs for 4-eye check and onward to clients.
- Assist CSEs to input Done Trades in Avaloq within the prescribed deadlines, check for relevant emails and ensure proper archival.
- Assist CSEs to provide any adhoc requests for transaction advices.
- Seek relevant approvals for special pricing and Input hard coding of special pricing in Avaloq. Seek relevant approvals for Bilateral pricing.
- Seek relevant approvals for Reference Letters/Audit confirmations & send the request to CSE for onward submission to client.
- Assist CSE in input of Risk MIS updates from excel.
- Support CSE in MTA (FX GEM) account opening.
- Assist CSEs for reporting purposes to Business Risk Management (BRM) on DPM/IRS accounts and Accounts with special ARs (Advance Ratios).
- Co-ordinate Account closure requests with related checklists both with Singapore and Dubai & ensure account closure in Avaloq to avoid account being reported in CAC.
- Run NLS/RDC searches as per request.
- Ensure timely assistance in input of call reports (provided by RM/SE by email) in system and proper record retention of call reports in Group shared folders for prospects (protected at all times) wherever applicable and follow up for approvals until complete.
- Develop good understanding of the governing regulatory framework and upholding relevant policies/procedures to mitigate risks; ensuring that the Bank is protected.
- Remain current and thorough on operational processes, services and firm’s systems/applications.
- Accountable for providing full administrative support to the CSEs and immediate team, on various administrative duties and backing-up other team members as and when required.
- Provide leave plan to Supervisor for approval and ensure smooth and detailed handover to back up CSEs for business continuity.
- Participate in all CSE group projects and meetings.
- Attend relevant Trainings to ensure good understanding of the subject and be abreast of any updates.
Escalate issues in a timely manner (non-responsive stakeholders resulting in delays or overdue tasks, any matter that requires Supervisor attention & intervention etc).
Your skills and experience
- A Post-graduate/Graduate degree in Finance, Business or Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Private Banking / Wealth Management support function required.
- Previous experience in using Avaloq will be an advantage.
- Previous experience with lending clients or lending as a product, will be a good added experience.
- Good understanding of Wealth Management products and services and regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to handle high volumes of work accurately, under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Positive, can-do attitude, proactive self-starter.
- High degree of professionalism, ownership and accountability.
- Experienced in using the following tools – Avaloq, RDC or any tool to screen clients for adverse media
