Cold calling the active prospects and carrying initial screening.
Job posting, mass mailing and sourcing profiles through the portal
assigned.
Aligning the suitable profiles for interview and coordinating for interview
conduction sending proper mails for Job descriptions and interview
confirmation.
Coordinating with the client and understanding the discrepancies
feedback.
Achieving the set monthly goals for revenue of branch as assigned by the Team lead
