Job Description Key Responsibilities for a Product Manager:
Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for fintech products, aligning with company goals and market demands.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient product development process.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
End-to-End Ownership: Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle.
Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a dynamic product roadmap that aligns with business goals
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, guiding product decisions and adaptations.
The Successful Applicant Requirements for a Product Manager:
Experience: Minimum of 6-7 years of proven experience in product management, demonstrating a track record of successfully launching and managing innovative products within the fintech or related industries.
Scaled Organization Expertise: Extensive experience working in scaled organizations, showcasing the ability to navigate complex structures and collaborate with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
Growth Journey Involvement: Demonstrated participation in an organization's growth journey, contributing significantly to scaling products and services, and adapting strategies to meet evolving market demands.
Core Product Development: Strong background in leading and contributing to the development of core products, showcasing a deep understanding of the product lifecycle and the ability to drive products from ideation to successful implementation.
