Client Relationship Executive (CRE) Company: Moksh Corp Location: Ahmedabad Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Work from Home Working Days : 6 days, Monday to Saturday, Sunday Weekly off. About the Company: Moksh Corp, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP), is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our vibrant team in Ahmedabad. As a CRE, you'll be the cornerstone of our client interactions, fostering trust and driving success through exceptional service and innovative IT solutions. Job Role & Responsibilities Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients, understanding their unique needs and business goals. Become a trusted advisor, proactively recommending and implementing cutting-edge IT solutions that drive efficiency and growth. Provide exceptional customer service and support, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues with a client-centric approach. Anticipate potential issues and proactively resolve them before they impact client operations. Champion upsells and cross-sell opportunities, identifying additional services that enhance client value and expand your portfolio. Negotiate and renew client contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that build loyalty and trust. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue generation. Regularly analyze and report on client feedback, collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve their experience. Stay ahead of the curve by actively learning about industry trends and emerging technologies. Seamlessly collaborate with internal departments like sales, technical support, and operations to ensure clients receive an integrated and positive experience. Required Key skills: A passionate individual with a genuine interest in building strong client relationships. Possess a solid understanding of Client Relationship Management (CRM) principles and best practices. Experienced in the IT industry, preferably Managed Services, with a strong grasp of relevant technologies. An excellent communicator with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level, building trust and rapport. A skilled problem-solver with a proactive and analytical mind, anticipating client needs and proactively addressing them. Highly motivated and self-driven, thriving in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of your responsibilities. A team player who values collaboration and enjoys working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals. Bonus Points: Previous experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
