Job description
We are looking for candidates with 4 +years of experience in Digital marketing.
Responsibilities
â— End-to-end campaign management on major paid channels like Google Search, Google Display, YouTube and Meta ads
â— Research and execute key aspects of the paid campaign such as audience research, account structure, etc
â— Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
â— Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
â— Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
â— Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
â— Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
â— Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
â— Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements and skills
â— Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in ROI/performance-driven search engine marketing (SEM), Display, Meta, and other ad platforms strategies and techniques
â— Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and convert
â— Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
â— Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
â— Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
