Job Title: Technical Product Owner – Workday Integrations

Description: As a Technical Product Owner – Workday Integrations at NCR ATLEOS, you will be responsible to manage business requirements for integrations for Workday and other HR related systems. Drive IT and collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and approve functional specifications, data analysis & data mappings. Manage the requirements change process throughout the project lifecycle. Lead documenting business process flows that are supported by the defined business requirements. You will also work with developers to create the functional specifications that meet those requirements, serve as a subject matter expert to the developers building those functions, and test the developed functionality. This role works closely with other Business SMEs, Developers, and Production Support through each stage of the software development lifecycle and demonstrates both existing and new functionality to the customer stakeholders.

This job requires an experienced Product Owner who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization, lead others, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems, and make challenging decisions.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in implementations and ongoing operations of enterprise systems.
  • Proven Experience as a Technical Product Owner with focus on Workday/HCM Applications.
  • Advanced Business and Systems Analysis skills with Integrations and Conversion experience (Requirements Gathering, Functional Design, Data Analysis, Data Mappings, Data Validations, Testing)
  • Strong ability to communicate with technical, functional and business teams.
  • Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment.
  • Strong HR/Compensation business process knowledge
  • +3 Years Workday Core HCM functional and Integrations knowledge
  • Previous experience in creating Process / Data flow diagrams.
  • Previous experience in creating Test Scenarios and Test Cases.
  • Previous functional/technical experience with Workday Recruiting, Core HCM and Payroll.
  • Payroll functional experience & International Payroll integrations with payroll vendors like ADP
  • Zephyr, Practitest or any other test management tools
  • Previous experience in designing custom IT solutions.
  • Previous experience with Global Deployments
  • Familiarity with JIRA & Agile development methodologies.
  • Detail Oriented and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
