Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Manager. The Fitness Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym, write and implement fitness programs, manage fitness staff and trainers. The Fitness Manager will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, ensuring member satisfaction, and achieving financial targets for the gym.
Qualifications
Relevant additional certifications such as Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), or Group Fitness Instructor (GFI) are a plus.
