- Develop a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children. Use a range of instructional strategies to impart knowledge to kids, such as storytelling and educational play.
- Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
- Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum.
- Communicate with parents regularly to understand the childrens background and psych.
Qualification
- NTT / Montessori teacher training - Mandatory.
- Candidates with school or classroom teaching experience
- Well-organized and committed, with good communication skills.
