Job Title: Manager Technical Operations, Production Control Role - Managing a team of 24*7 Control-M production support which includes activities like co-ordination and assisting teams in planning work activities, assigning technical tasks, Application maintenance and maintaining shift coverage
- Create and track the skill development program for the team
- Ensure accurate reporting on Key metrics to the customer and to the senior management
- Handle escalations for any issues arriving on any Batch runs for the team for all customers
- Recommend best-practice solutions to established business processes
- Responsible for taking handover from the project team for any new customer onboarding and new batches
- Lead Troubleshooting of any gaps in the CONTROL-M batch job completions
- Develop good working relationships with other Stakeholders across the organization like the Database team and the application development teams
Requirements - 3-5 years of Team management experience for a 24*7 Production support team
- Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Control-M scheduling and administration
- Exposure to both On-prem and Cloud based CTRL-M servers
- Integration specialist in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the process scheduling, administration and troubleshooting.
- Expert knowledge in create, update, maintain, scheduling through calendars and troubleshoot of Control-M jobs and batch flows
- Providing control-M related technical knowledge and guidance for production support team and providing support during Project go-live
- Awareness of different control-M environment (including running Control-M on cloud environments
Technical Expertise - Tools: Control-M 7.0, 8.0, 9.0; Control-M workload automation, Control-M Desktop, Control-M EM, Control-M configuration manager
- Other Tools: MS Office suite (including reporting in power BI), ServiceNow, JIRA
- Operating systems: Redhat Linux 6.0; Good know knowledge on windows
- Cloud environments awareness: AWS and OCI cloud environments
- Databases: SQL server database, Oracle (Awareness of SQL queries)
