Job description
As a Talent Acquisition Associate at The Walnut Folks Group, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our agencys rapid expansion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruitment with specific experience in the marketing and advertising industry. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Requirements
Your Broad Responsibilities will include:
1. Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of departmental requirements.
2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various channels to source and attract qualified candidates, including social media, job boards, and industry events.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in The Walnut Folks Group.
3. Interview Coordination:
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to facilitate informed decision-making.
4. Marketing Industry Expertise:
- Leverage your knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry to identify and evaluate candidates with relevant skills and experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and talent landscape to inform recruitment strategies.
5. Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects the values and culture of our agency.
6. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Generate reports and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
