Job Description:
We are actively searching for a skilled and performanceoriented Business Development Associate to become a valuable member of our dynamic team who can identify new business prospects foster strategic alliances and contribute to the implementation of growth strategies that will enhance our market footprint. The Business Development Associate will be instrumental in driving revenue and influencing the companys path towards expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting:
- Conduct initial cold calling to different prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential clients.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to generate interest and set up meetings.
- Collaborate with the senior business development team to schedule meetings and workshops.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitors.
- Provide valuable insights to the team about potential opportunities and challenges in the market.
Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospects clients and internal team members.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals presentations and other materials to showcase the companys offerings.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a consistent approach in generating business opportunities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Enthusiastic and motivated.
- Professional and confident demeanour.
- Proven experience in cold calling sales pitching and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resultsdriven and targetoriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
