Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in executing paid campaigns, specifically on platforms such as Google, Meta and LinkedIn. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, as well as proficiency in email and WhatsApp marketing basics. The successful candidate will be skilled in optimizing cohorts to enhance overall campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage performance marketing campaigns on diverse platforms, including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze and interpret campaign KPIs and metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Apply fundamental principles of email and WhatsApp marketing, actively contributing to the optimization of campaigns in these channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Track, report, and provide insights on marketing campaign performance to drive strategic decision-making.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the effectiveness and innovation of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of practical experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Thorough understanding of campaign KPIs and metrics for assessing and optimizing performance.
- Proficient in the basics of email and WhatsApp marketing with a track record of optimizing cohorts.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
