Associate Level – Corporate Relations and Outreach

Job Brief: We are hiring for the position of Associate Level – Corporate Relations and Outreach. This role requires 4-6 years of experience in Career Services, Corporate Relations, and Talent Partnerships. As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in leading corporate partnerships, fostering strategic engagements, and nurturing relationships to drive the career development of our students.

Key Functions:

• Corporate Business Development: Cultivate and manage partnerships, strengthen relationships.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Partner Acquisition: Engage with teams, HR professionals, and business unit heads to expand outreach.
• Relationship Building - Student and Employer Engagement: Maintain employer relationships, collaborate on events, and enhance student opportunities.
• Job Placement, Student Interaction, and Career Mentorship: Guide students, match them with job opportunities, and facilitate the placement process.
• Database Management and Reporting: Maintain organized databases, ensure accurate records, and communicate data-driven insights.

Skills Required :-

• 3-5 years of experience in reputable educational institutions.
• Graduate from any stream.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Proficiency in corporate business development, account management, and partnership acquisition.
• Analytical ability, negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding students in their career development.
