Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tax Manager located in Hyderabad.Candidate should have 1 to years of experience post qualification of CA, The Tax Manager will be responsible for tax planning, tax compliance, tax preparation, and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
Qualifications
- Preparation of Tax calculations for group quarterly closing.Â
- Preparation of Tax packs for group quarterly closingÂ
- Review of the 2B vs credit taken in the monthly GSTR 3B returns for all group entities.
- Supervision for filing of the monthly TDS returns and corrections for all SHPL Group entities & Issuance of Form 16A and Form 16 by the year end.
- Coordination of the Tax audit requirements with the entities and Tax auditorÂ
- Coordination of Corporate tax return filing requirements with the entities and consultantÂ
- Coordination with auditor for filing GST annual return and closure of the same within the timelinesÂ
- Supervision of team for collation of details required for corporate tax assessments
- Collation and preparation of details for answering GST notices. Â
- Understanding the provisions of TDS and TCS provisions & practical experience of filing of TDS returnsÂ
- Issuance of Form 16A and Form 16 by the year endÂ
- Practical knowledge and experience for filing GST returns , reconciliation of returns and books of accountÂ
- Understanding of filing Corporate tax returns & computation of tax liabilityÂ
- Good experience of working in excelÂ
- Reconciliation of all Tax related ledgersÂ
