Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Executive. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for commercial leasing, lease negotiations, lease administration, leases, market research, and other day-to-day tasks related to commercial leasing. The Leasing Executive will be based at Vivira Mall.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Leasing and Lease Negotiations
• Excellent understanding of Lease Administration and Leases
• Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze data
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience in Retail leasing is a prerequisite.
