We are a boutique architecture and interior design firm focusing on luxury residential and large scale commercial projects in India. We offer hands on experience with the entire process from design to build. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect/ Intern located in East Delhi, Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for translating complex project requirements into actionable plans, collaborating with clients, conducting site visits, and overseeing construction teams as they bring projects to life. We are looking for Architects who have keen interest in Interior design and creating renders. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, or related fields Minimum of 1year of experience in architecture or related fields(only for graduates) Solid understanding of softwares, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, lumion, revit and Adobe Creative Suite Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws Effective communication skills, with an ability to collaborate with team members, clients, and contractors Experience managing and overseeing construction teams Demonstrated ability to create unique and innovative design solutions that meet project requirements and stay within budget constraints Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once Ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements and new technologies.Job tags
