We are currently hiring for an Assistant Manager – Client Servicing for Noida location.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Can lead client meetings, take briefs from brands and work on them.
• Develop compelling and strategic presentations for clients, showcasing creative ideas and their relevance with the brands.
• Provide strategic inputs and recommendations to clients based on industry.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients, maximizing account growth potential.
• Work in liaison with the in-house creative and sourcing team to build and recreate new products altogether.
• Perform market research, collect publicly available information to identify market segments, competitive landscape and positioning strategies.

What we ask :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2- 4 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in promotional marketing or from an agency background.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with native-like fluency.

Someone who loves to work in a dynamic environment, face challenges, and think differently from the common shall apply.

Must be well-organized, detail-oriented and willing to work hard.

Must have the ability to work independently on initiatives.
