Job description

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function within the organization. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company’s overall objectives. You will lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective management of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 2. Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and employee engagement. 3. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. 4. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. 5. Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluation of employee performance. 6. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. 7. Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 8. Oversee HR administration, including record-keeping, payroll processing, and HRIS maintenance. 9. Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and inform decision-making. 10. Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 2. Proven experience in HR management, with a minimum of [X years] in a leadership role. 3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. 4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. 5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 9. Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related software.
