Qualifications and Skills
More than 10 years of experience in the FMCG industry, specifically in retail outlet opening and management
In-depth knowledge of the FMCG market, trends, and consumer preferences
Proven track record of successfully opening and managing retail outlets
Strong understanding of new business development strategies and market analysis
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Experience in manpower handling and team management
Willingness to travel and work in field locations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify potential areas and strategize the expansion plan for opening retail outlets in the FMCG segment
Lead the entire process of outlet opening, including market research, feasibility study, site selection, and lease negotiations
Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive footfall and increase revenue
Manage the end-to-end process of setting up new outlets, including store layout design, fixtures and equipment procurement, and inventory management
Supervise and train staff on customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures
Monitor and analyze sales figures, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and optimize performance
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, finance, and supply chain, to achieve business objectives
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and external partners
Stay updated with industry developments and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency
