Experience: 6-9 Years
Job Description - Good experience in Data testing. Perform data testing tasks like preparing test cases from mapping documents, executing test scripts.
- Proficiency in data testing and quality assurance tools and technologies, such as data profiling tools, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) testing, and database testing tools.
- Strong SQL skills, Python and the ability to perform data analysis to identify issues and trends.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive test case, and test data sets, to verify and validate data accuracy.
- Define and enforce data quality standards, guidelines, and best practices for data collection, storage, and processing.
- Design and execute data validation tests to identify inconsistencies, errors, and anomalies in data sources, databases, and data pipelines.
- Perform data profiling and analysis to understand data characteristics, patterns, and trends, which can help in identifying data quality issues.
- Implement and maintain automated data testing solutions, tools, and scripts to streamline testing processes and ensure repeatable results.
- Detect and document data quality issues and anomalies, and collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other teams to resolve them.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data testing processes, test cases, and results.
- Contribute to data governance efforts by assisting in the development and enforcement of data management policies and procedures.
- Provide regular reports on data quality metrics and issues to management and stakeholders. Communicate data quality findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
- Continuously monitor and enhance data testing processes to adapt to changing data requirements and technologies.
- Good to have Healthcare domain experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, management, and stakeholders
