Job Summary: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer or Team Lead to join our team at SPOC Interiors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in interior design and a proven track record of leading successful projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the creative vision, managing projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion. - Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and budget constraints. - Create innovative and visually appealing design concepts that align with client requirements and industry standards. - Oversee and guide a team of interior designers to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. - Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather necessary information for project planning and execution. - Prepare detailed design documentation, including floor plans, 3D renderings, and material specifications. - Source and select appropriate furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials for each project. - Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. - Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design concepts. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design. - Proven leadership experience, either as a Senior Interior Designer or Team Lead. - Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and space planning. - A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating unique and functional spaces.
